Job Overview :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer to join our Marketing Team. This role involves end-to-end ownership of video production including planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with the organization’s branding and communication goals.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with video production equipment, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and proficiency in industry-standard editing software. This role also includes mentoring junior team members and maintaining studio equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography
Doing all the required video and photo shoots for the organization catering to corporate videos, live events, testimonies, Social Media promotion or any other requirement
· Ensuring consistency in filming from start to finish
Ensuring filming in proper lighting and audio clarity with perfect lens choice
Understanding the requirement that comes in for the shoot, offering creative feedback and providing an estimated deliverable time
Bringing Ideas for video production once you understand the organizations’ requirement
Providing creative direction when inserting captions, graphics, special effects, video texts, especially for advertising products
Training juniors for video and photo shoots, handling of equipment and any other technical guidance
Compiling and sharing videos/reels with junior team members for reference
Ensuring all filming equipment is ready and in proper working order
Handling camera, lights, and other equipment involved in shoots
Troubleshooting technical issues with the video equipment
Cleaning and disassembling hardware such as tripod, camera, lighting, and gimbal
Maintaining and updating equipment inventory
Maintaining the studio and all equipment in proper condition
Video Editing
• Using computer softwares such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator to organize clips into a cohesive unit.
• Following a script, screenplay, or outline as shared by the Reporting Manager
• Inputting graphics to enhance footage.
• Improving and correcting audio, lighting, colour grading and faulty footage.
• Inputting sound to enhance footage including selecting music and recording voice-overs.
• Working closely with the Associate Director Content & Projects to present a final product that matches the organizations vision
• Following all the editing checks as given by the Reporting Manager to deliver the final finished product with perfection
