Job Overview:
The role Sr. Associate - Admin will be responsible for overseeing the complete life cycle of all movable and fixed assets of KC Overseas Education Pvt Ltd. This includes asset acquisition, documentation after purchase, tagging, maintenance, movement, and disposal. The role ensures that all company assets are properly recorded, maintained, and utilized, efficiently across the branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Inventory Management:
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all fixed and movable assets across locations. (Mihan, IT Park, Sadar, Ch. Sambhaji Nagar, Amravati, Hyderabad and all other places in shared spaces or with remote working employees)
• Ensure accurate tagging, labelling and tracking of all company assets.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain records of asset allocation, transfer and return
2. Procurement & Asset Acquisition:
• Coordinate with Admin and accounts teams for asset purchase
• Verify asset specification, warranty details and vendor documentation
• Maintain an updated record of invoices, warranty cards, and AMC agreements
3. Asset Disposal/Transfer:
• Identify obsolete, damaged, or redundant assets and propose disposal of resale.
• Coordination with management for approval and documentation of asset write-offs or transfers
• Ensure proper records are maintained for disposed assets
4. Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare regular MIS reports on asset status, deprivation, and utilization.
• Support internal and external audits by providing asset records and verification reports.
• Maintain digital and physical records of all assets related documents
5. Compliance & Process improvement
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (as per fixed asset register).
• Suggest process improvements for better asset control and efficiency.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in asset/inventory/administrative management (preferably in a corporate setup).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, asset management software, and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and coordination skills.
