Job Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Associate to manage and grow our social media presence. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, trend research, and analytics to drive a data-informed strategy. Additionally, the position supports LinkedIn thought leadership efforts to position key executives as industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management
Manage & execute daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube for assigned accounts / pages.
Plan and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Continuously improve account performance on a month-on-month basis.
Content Creation & Community Engagement
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.
Research and implement trending video formats and reels for maximum engagement.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement.
Trend Research & Thought Leadership
Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to refine strategies.
Support LinkedIn thought leadership initiatives for assigned accounts.
Engage with relevant LinkedIn communities and industry professionals.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Generate reports with insights and recommendations to optimize content.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to measure campaign effectiveness.

Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, BBA, Communications, PR, etc
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from analytics.
Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is preferred.
