Job Overview -
The Senior Manager/Associate Director Sales will be responsible for driving regional business growth and student recruitment for KC Overseas Education. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key partner relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring strong regional market presence. This position requires strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with Business Unit and Regional Teams to achieve enrolment and revenue targets across destination countries.
Key Responsibilities -
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student applications and improve conversion rates from regional partners.
• Acquire new partners and expand business share from existing ones through targeted engagement and growth plans.
• Analyze regional market dynamics, competitor strategies, and commission structures to design and implement effective B2B growth plans.
• Strengthen relationships with key channel partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and consistent business growth.
• Identify inactive or low-performing partners and implement corrective measures in coordination with Regional and Business Unit (BU) Teams.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market penetration, competitor activities, and partner feedback, identifying new growth opportunities.
• Ensure regular calling to channel partners, analyze results, and provide relevant data to the Partner Specialist Associate (PSA) team for effective follow-up.
• Support universities in organizing events and outreach activities and plan and execute region-specific marketing and recruitment campaigns with Partners and Events Teams, ensuring measurable ROI.
• Identify popular universities and emerging destinations in the region to strengthen partner offerings.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team, including Regional Sales Leaders and Partner Specialist Associates, and support hiring, onboarding, and continuous training to drive performance excellence.
• Set clear targets, performance plans, and standards for teams and individuals; conduct weekly reviews and quarterly performance assessments to ensure SLAs and targets are achieved.
• Keep the team updated on partner and university developments, ensuring alignment with BU Managers and SMEs.
• Drive a data-driven culture by maintaining and analyzing MIS reports on calls, visits, applications, deposits, and conversions.
• Plan and execute quarterly partner review meetings to assess performance, discuss intakes, and address regional challenges.
• Conduct quarterly market reviews and present actionable insights to Management.

Job requirements
· 12–15 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
· Minimum 5 years of experience managing remote sales teams and tracking daily visits and deliverables.
· Postgraduate degree in Business Management (MBA or equivalent).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
· Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
· Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
