Senior Associate - Quality

Monitor call attended ratio (Calls attended/calls received) of individual team member and overall Country Team.

Monitor turnaround time and pendency of applications with KC and notify management for the status.

Conducting knowledge test for the employees in the predefined frequencies and get the knowledge database up to date with the help of managers in different departments.

Ensuring Test parameters are monitored and deviation if any to be reported to the management.

Training to team members on software's for performing test.

Monitoring frequency and content of promotional emails and prepare the MIS.

Any graduate with minimum 4 years' experience in the role of Quality Assurance, monitoring various processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Good command over MS Excel and Data retrievals and assessments.

Apt to work on multiple tasks.

Attention to details.
