Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Sales (Education Loan) to strengthen and expand our partnerships with existing channel partners. This role is focused on driving the growth of our Education Loan services and increasing revenue by collaborating with our channel partners who are involved in student recruitment for study abroad programs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the business collaboration, improving partner engagement, and ensuring mutual growth through the promotion of our education loan products. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing partner relationships, understanding the study abroad market, and leveraging business opportunities to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to drive growth for our Education Loan services.

  • Set up and schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with potential partners to educate them about the Study Abroad Education Loan offering/ Provide detailed product knowledge to partners, helping them understand the benefits of offering education loans to their customers/students.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that both parties meet their agreed-upon targets and objectives.

  • Provide regular training, updates, and product knowledge to partners to improve their understanding of the loan product and its benefits for students.

  • Qualify and nurture leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with the appropriate loan products.

  • Track and report on partnership progress, revenue generation, and business development efforts to senior management on monthly basis.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales process.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

  • Participate in webinars, events, and conferences to enhance the visibility of the loan product and generate new leads.

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce (MBA/PGDM is a plus).

  • Experience of 3+ years in partner management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the education or finance sector.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the study abroad market, education loan products, and the student recruitment ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and meeting targets.

  • Flexibility to travel across PAN India at least 10-12 days in a month.
