Job Overview:
The Remarketing Associate is responsible for engaging with online leads generated by the Digital Marketing team and the existing CRM database. The primary focus of this role is to nurture leads through targeted email, WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, push notifications, and Google Business Profile (GBP) updates, ensuring higher engagement, conversion rates, and retention. This role plays a crucial part in re-engaging potential students and existing prospects by providing timely and relevant communication.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, analytical, proactive, and skilled in digital communication, helping to convert potential leads into actual enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Nurturing:
· Follow up with online leads captured through digital campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, website forms, etc.) via email, WhatsApp, SMS and Push Notifications.
· Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize engagement and move leads down the funnel.
· Customize communication based on the preferred country, event type, or targeted campaign.
2. CRM Database Outreach:
· Execute remarketing campaigns for the existing database stored in the CRM.
· Reconnect with inactive or cold leads using personalized messaging and value-based communication.
· Segment the CRM database to send targeted messages based on user behavior, interests, or previous interactions.
3. Campaign Execution & Automation:
· Create and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
· Use WhatsApp Business API to send bulk and personalized messages while adhering to compliance guidelines.
· Design SMS campaigns for quick updates, event reminders, and time-sensitive promotions.
· Set up and manage web and mobile push notifications for engaging with website visitors and app users.
· Regularly update the Google Business Profile with offers, event announcements, and testimonials.
· Respond to user queries and reviews on GBP to improve credibility and engagement.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
· Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, push notification engagement, GBP interactions).
· Generate weekly and monthly reports to analyse remarketing effectiveness.
· Optimize communication strategies based on data insights and feedback.
Job requirements
Min 1-2 years of experience in remarketing, email marketing, or WhatsApp marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Business Administration or Mass Communication, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing / Email Marketing / CRM Tools is preferred.
Familiarity with email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API and bulk messaging tools.
Familiarity with SMS, Google Business profile marketing platforms
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience in education, edtech, or service-based industries is preferred but not mandatory
