Job Overview

As a Regional Officer at KC Overseas Education, you will be responsible for driving student conversions and managing regional operations. Acting as a key link between Channel Partners and internal Business Units, your role will focus on building strong partnerships, optimizing operations, and meeting student application targets. This position involves frequent travel across your assigned region to generate new business and ensure seamless partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Channel Partners and KC Overseas Business Units to maintain high-quality service delivery.

• Travel across major cities and towns within the assigned state/region to generate student business from Channel Partners.

• Analyze partner and franchise business operations and ensure authenticity in their working processes.

• Present KC Overseas’ services, facilities, and support systems in a compelling manner to increase student applications and conversions.

• Achieve and exceed the student conversion targets for your designated region.

• Closely work with the Channel Partners to get reverts of offers extended to students, Applications on hold due to pendency’s from Partners Etc to drive efficiency in student conversions.

• Conduct regular visits to existing Franchisees and Channel Partners to generate new student applications.

• Expand the network by onboarding new Channel Partners in your assigned region.

• Introduce the Coursefinder.ai platform (KC’s Tech Platform) to Channel Partners, keep them updated on new features, and ensure they use it regularly and effectively.

• Coordinate with Business Unit Heads to set and achieve monthly application targets for different countries.

• Assist Channel Partners with day-to-day queries and challenges, ensuring smooth operations and timely application submissions.

Job requirements

  • High energy professional preferably with the experience of dealing in overseas education or allied field. Desired total experience would be about 4 - 7 years.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse set of people.

  • Ability to learn the domain knowledge.

  • Proven Sales / Operations ability to coordinate, engage and manage Channel Partners.

  • High on Customer service and ensure all our Channel Partners are served well.

  • Ensure growth of Business through Channel Partners

  • Good command over local language.

  • Eye for details and patience to drive and handle operations.

  • Native of the City/State mentioned.

  • Preferred Male candidate.
