Job Overview :
KC Overseas is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Recruitment Advisor to help drive student recruitment for UK university/universities represented by KC Overseas across India.. The role involves engaging with channel partners, institutional partners, and internal teams to promote the university/universities and meet enrolment objectives. The candidate will contribute to regional recruitment strategy, support marketing campaigns, and play a key role in strengthening stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Represent the University at education fairs, admission days, offer-holder briefings, conferences, and other recruitment-focused events across India.
· Advise prospective students, channel partners and their counsellors, and applicants on university programs, entry requirements, application processes, and scholarships.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, institutional partners, and key stakeholders in the education sector.
· Coordinate recruitment activities including channel partner visits, hotel bookings, venue arrangements, and event logistics.
· Provide training, updates, and ongoing support to channel partners, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
· Identify new student recruitment opportunities and recommend strategic partnerships to support enrolment growth.
· Support the admissions process by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth application experience for students.
· Assist in planning and promoting events by identifying suitable fairs, exhibitions, and channel partner-led activities for participation.
· Deliver presentations about studying in the UK and the University’s offerings to diverse audiences.
· Track and report on recruitment activity outcomes, student leads, and event effectiveness using data-driven insights.
· Collaborate with internal teams (regional and head office) to ensure alignment in communications, planning, and market outreach.
· Contribute to regional market intelligence by reporting on trends, competitor activity, and student preferences.
· Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and marketing strategies.
Job requirements
Graduate in any stream except Arts.
2+ years of experience in B2C/B2B sales or student counselling roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours (weekends/evenings as needed).
Familiarity with international education systems (preferably UK) is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
