Job Overview: The Operations Associate will manage student applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to universities while maintaining communication with Partners. Your contribution will directly impact student outcomes and admission success rates. This role requires a strong focus on detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process student applications and upload required documents.
  • Regularly update application statuses on the ATS platform.
  • Address Partner queries regarding course availability, entry requirements, and fees.
  • Cross-check and verify information on university websites to ensure accurate platform details.
  • Review academic documents, language test scores, and work experience before submission.
  • Follow up with Partners to resolve pending documents or issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of application progress and status updates.


Job requirements

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Management, or a related non-arts field.
      • 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Comfortable with technology, including MS Office tools and CRM systems.
      • Detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
