Job Overview: The Operations Associate will manage student applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to universities while maintaining communication with Partners. This role requires a strong focus on detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process student applications and upload required documents.
- Regularly update application statuses on the ATS platform.
- Address Partner queries regarding course availability, entry requirements, and fees.
- Cross-check and verify information on university websites to ensure accurate platform details.
- Review academic documents, language test scores, and work experience before submission.
- Follow up with Partners to resolve pending documents or issues.
- Maintain detailed records of application progress and status updates.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Compassionate and Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem resolution skills and logical thinking.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
