Job Overview: The Operations Associate will manage student applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to universities while maintaining communication with Partners. This role requires a strong focus on detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process student applications and upload required documents.
  • Regularly update application statuses on the ATS platform.
  • Address Partner queries regarding course availability, entry requirements, and fees.
  • Cross-check and verify information on university websites to ensure accurate platform details.
  • Review academic documents, language test scores, and work experience before submission.
  • Follow up with Partners to resolve pending documents or issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of application progress and status updates.


Job requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • 0-2 years of work experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Compassionate and Good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem resolution skills and logical thinking.
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
