Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Nurse Placement Coordinator to manage the recruitment and placement of nurses in overseas hospitals. In this pivotal role, you will lay the foundation for a thriving business by obtaining necessary approvals and establishing a seamless process that drives revenue through successful nurse placements.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Setup and Compliance:
o Register KC Overseas with the relevant authorities to begin operations in international nurse placement, including obtaining mandatory licenses, approvals, and sanctions.
2. Job Placement and Recruitment:
o Identify and secure nursing job opportunities in international hospitals, health systems, and healthcare facilities.
o Coordinate with overseas hospitals to understand their staffing needs and match qualified nurses to appropriate positions.
3. Candidate Support:
o Support nurses throughout the recruitment and placement process, including resume preparation, interview scheduling, application submission, and meeting regulatory requirements.
o Provide comprehensive guidance on international licensing, certification, language proficiency, relocation, cultural adaptation, and visa requirements, while maintaining accurate placement records.
4. Communication and Liaison:
o Serve as the primary liaison between nurses, overseas employers, and recruitment agencies, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth communication.
o Collaborate with healthcare institutions while staying informed about international recruitment trends to identify new placement opportunities.
Job requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Manpower recruitment services with at least 5 years in International Nurse placement services.
Dynamic and result oriented Individual of not more than 40 years.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field (preferred).
In-depth understanding of international immigration processes, healthcare licensing requirements, and nursing certifications (e.g., NCLEX, IELTS/OET, CGFNS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
Multilingual abilities (particularly in languages spoken in key international markets). Experience working with healthcare institutions or recruitment agencies abroad.
