Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do:

Job Overview: The Investment Officer will be responsible for the "Zero-to-One" journey of the Family Office. This includes designing the Investment Policy Statement (IPS), setting up the legal and tax structure, and managing the multi-asset portfolio to achieve capital preservation, inflation-beating growth, and legacy planning.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Setup & Governance

  • Infrastructure Building: Formalize the Family Office structure in coordination with tax and legal consultants.

  • Investment Policy Statement (IPS): Draft the mandate covering risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, and return hurdles.

  • Reporting Systems: Implement wealth tracking technology to provide real-time dashboards to the Principal.

B. Portfolio Management & Asset Allocation

  • Tactical Asset Allocation: Manage a diversified portfolio across Listed Equities (India and Global), Fixed Income (Debt/MFs) and Gold.

  • Alternative Investments: Evaluate and monitor Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) funds.

C. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Monitor portfolio volatility and ensure downside protection.

  • Manage the "Consolidated Account Statement" across all family members and entities.

D. Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external Wealth Managers (Kotak, 360 ONE, etc.), ensuring the family is getting the best advice.

Job requirements

Education & Pedigree:

  • Primary: CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM, ISB).

  • Preferred: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder.

Experience:

  • Tenure: ~10–12 years in Indian Wealth Management or an existing Single Family Office.

  • Relevant Stints: Prior experience at 360 ONE (IIFL), Kotak Wealth, Avendus, or Sanctum is a massive plus as these firms train professionals in "Open Architecture" (selling products from different houses).

  • AUM Handling: Proven track record of managing  high ticket portfolio. The candidate should understand the nuances of managing high-liquidity vs. illiquid assets.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to read Annual Accounts including P&L statements, Balance Sheets.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling.
