Job Overview

The International Admissions Associate will be responsible for supporting a key partner by ensuring faster and more efficient processing of student applications for international education.

The role will be based at the partner office and function as an extended arm of the KC HO operations team, following KC systems, processes, quality standards, and timelines. The focus of this role is operational execution, ensuring students move smoothly from application submission to enrolment, thereby improving turnaround time and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-ground processing support at the partner office to enable faster turnaround of student applications with KC Overseas.

• Manage end-to-end application processing & coordination with KC Overseas for international universities and colleges, from application submission till course start date.

• Accurately punch and track applications on the KC portal within defined timelines.

• Act as the assignee for allocated student cases and ensure continuous follow-up.

• Coordinate with partner and KC HO teams for:

  • Offer letters

  • I-20 (USA)

  • CAS (UK)

  • COE (Australia)

• Track and manage offer conditions, documentation requirements, and enrolment milestones.

• Support partner teams in resolving process-related queries & reduce delays during application, offer, visa, and pre-departure stages.

• Ensure timely escalation of cases to KC HO teams wherever required to avoid delays.

• Ensure timely and accurate updates of all case statuses and documents on KC systems.

• Maintain process accuracy, compliance, and quality standards as defined by KC.

• Support KC HO in conversions through offer follow up with partner's counsellors

• Support partner conversions by ensuring smooth and timely transition from offer stage to enrolment and course commencement.

• Actively contribute to reducing application processing timelines and improving overall partner experience.

• Min 1+ year experience in application processing, admissions, or operations.

• Strong relation building, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work from a partner office while strictly adhering to KC HO processes and reporting structure.

• Local candidate from Hyderabad preferred.
