Univlane is a B2B software product built for universities and study-abroad consultants to streamline operations, lead management, and conversions. We build AI-powered agents to help universities streamline/processed overseas education journeys for students.

We are at an early stage and looking to build our first strong field sales engine. This role is about closing deals. Not lead passing. Not partnerships. Not theory.

 

What You will Do

  • Own end-to-end sales: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure

  • Travel extensively to meet study abroad consultants and education partners

  • Convert consultants into paying customers/users

  • Run product demos and handle objections independently

  • Build and manage a regional sales pipeline

  • Work closely with founders/product team to refine pitch, pricing, and GTM

  • Track deals, follow-ups, and closures using CRM

 

What We are Looking For

Must-Have

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in India

  • Experience selling software / SaaS / tech products or services

  • Proven direct sales & closure ownership

  • Comfortable with field sales & frequent travel

  • Proven ability to sell to SMEs, consultants, or institutions

 

Good-to-Have

  • EdTech / CRM / ERP / SaaS background, Startup / early-stage sales exposure

  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute or experience in software product companies

Location & Travel

  • Base location: Hyderabad or Nagpur

  • Travel required as per business needs
