Job Overview :
We are looking for a Google Ads PPC Associate to manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads. This role is designed to work on campaign execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient budget utilization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns and a strong analytical mindset to drive lead generation and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
· Conduct keyword/video research and competitor analysis to enhance ad performance.
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROI.
· Write compelling ad copies and test multiple variations for better engagement.
· Collaborate with team to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
· Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
· A/B test different ad strategies to improve performance.
· Implement audience targeting and remarketing strategies for better conversions.
· Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Job requirements
· 1-3 years of experience managing Google Ads PPC campaigns.
· Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
· Prior experience in running lead generation campaigns is preferred.
· Hands on experience in tools like SEMRUSH and AHREFS.
