Job Overview:

The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization by providing actionable insights through financial data analysis, facilitating informed decision-making processes. This position is responsible for generating various periodic financial reports for management and conducting in-depth analyses to drive strategic initiatives. The Data Analyst will utilize automated tools (Power BI, Excel) to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize automated tools and scripts to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Perform thorough analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets.
• Ability to read reports and dashboards and explain the significance to Business Users in Non-Technical terms through periodic meetings and help in driving business decisions.
• Come up with reports that will help management in strategic decision making.
• Prepare periodic reports for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and customize reports accordingly.
• Optimize the reports over the time to accommodate changes and provide accurate data.
• Compare Intake wise and Year on Year data to draw growth insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in Advance Excel, Power BI, SQL is a must.
• Experience in generating reports and dashboards for management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with statistical techniques and tools for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
