Job Overview :
The primary focus of this role is to drive student conversions from the assigned region. The position involves regular coordination with partners, assisting them on the CourseFinder.ai platform, and maintaining strong relationships. The role also includes collaboration with Business Units and the Finance Team, ensuring timely onboarding, invoicing, and achievement of assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive student conversions from the assigned region.
Ensure timely onboarding of leads and ensure they are well-versed with the CourseFinder.ai platform.
Regularly coordinate with partners for lead nurturing and issue resolution.
Ensure timely collection of invoices from assigned partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and maintain documentation.
Job requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
Open to travel as required.
Preferred language: Tamil/Urdu
Preferred gender: Male.
Highly motivated, with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Must have scored 60% or above in SSC, HSC, and Bachelor's.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Required Skill Set :
Understanding of partner/associate onboarding processes.
Strong verbal and email communication skills (internal and external).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and formal email correspondence.
