Job Overview :

Responsible for managing associate onboarding, data updates, and system administration across multiple applications. Supports webinar management, partner communications, CRM and Course Finder maintenance, reporting, and operational processes to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage associate onboarding, data creation, updates, and deactivation in systems.

  • Plan, schedule, and upload webinars, recordings, and related content.

  • Draft and share partner communications, promotional emails, and WhatsApp updates.

  • Maintain and update CRM, Course Finder, and recruitment rights.

  • Process case closures, re-openings, restrictions, and agreements.

  • Update commission information and management reports.

  • Coordinate learning resources, chatbot updates, and quarterly brochure updates.

  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of operational records and documentation.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, ownership, and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication.
