Job Overview

The Associate Sales ( Accommodation) / Accommodation Services Associate plays a key operational role in the accommodation lifecycle — from sourcing suitable housing options to CRM data management and booking reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoys coordinating across property partners, internal teams, and CRM systems to deliver a seamless experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Recommendations:

  • Identify and shortlist accommodation options from property management websites in line with student-specific requirements.

  • Prepare and share tailored property recommendations, with emphasis on direct property management tie-ups.

  • CRM & Data Management:

  • Log all leads accurately and promptly into the CRM system, coordinating closely with the Team Lead.

  • Maintain and update lead records across CRM platforms and external provider portals to ensure data accuracy.

  • Operational Support & Reconciliation:

  • Coordinate with accommodation providers to support the booking reconciliation process.

  • Maintain detailed Excel trackers for bookings, reconciliations, and operational reporting.

  • Provide back-office and administrative support to the wider team as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, CRM management, or customer service roles.

  • Strong process orientation with the ability to handle repetitive, detail-heavy tasks accurately.

  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple external partners (property managers/providers) and internal stakeholders.

  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively across sourcing, CRM, and reporting duties.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data entry best practices.

  • Advanced Excel skills (trackers, reconciliation sheets, basic reporting) plus working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
