Job Overview:

As an Associate Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for analysing compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in application follow-up processes. The role involves systematic monitoring, auditing, reporting, and quality governance to ensure smooth partner coordination and timely application progress in CourseFinder.ai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Audit – Review 100% of applications “Pending from Partner” (≥30 days) and a sample pool ~40% from “Case Closed” and “Enquiries” to ensure adherence to processes and policies.

  • Status & Follow-up Checks – Verify that statuses are updated correctly, follow-ups are conducted on time, and remarks (discussion summary, pending documents, partner commitments) are recorded accurately in CourseFinder.ai.

  • Compliance Tracking – Monitor daily follow-up reports, audit scheduled actions, and flag overdue follow-ups to processors.

  • Escalation Oversight – Escalate cases with no partner response after two follow-ups to BU Head with proper documentation and track until closure.

  • Closure Monitoring – Ensure timely closure of applications (≥60 days) unless justified, update statuses to “Ready for Submission,” and notify BU Head for exceptions.

  • Reporting & Documentation – Prepare daily compliance reports, weekly quality audit reports, and maintain clear documentation for audit readiness.

  • Process & Quality Support – Identify recurring issues, share insights with TLs for process improvements, and support training by highlighting common errors and best practices.

  • Professional Conduct – Ensure polite, professional communication, maintain consistency in remarks and follow-up records, and safeguard data accuracy.

  • General Duties – Submit daily work reports, respond promptly to emails/calls, and handle additional tasks assigned by management.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Process-oriented mindset with quality governance focus.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any stream except Arts.

  • 1–2 years of prior experience in Application Processing, Quality, or Audit roles preferred.
