Job Overview:
As an Associate Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for analysing compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in application follow-up processes. The role involves systematic monitoring, auditing, reporting, and quality governance to ensure smooth partner coordination and timely application progress in CourseFinder.ai.
Key Responsibilities
Application Audit – Review 100% of applications “Pending from Partner” (≥30 days) and a sample pool ~40% from “Case Closed” and “Enquiries” to ensure adherence to processes and policies.
Status & Follow-up Checks – Verify that statuses are updated correctly, follow-ups are conducted on time, and remarks (discussion summary, pending documents, partner commitments) are recorded accurately in CourseFinder.ai.
Compliance Tracking – Monitor daily follow-up reports, audit scheduled actions, and flag overdue follow-ups to processors.
Escalation Oversight – Escalate cases with no partner response after two follow-ups to BU Head with proper documentation and track until closure.
Closure Monitoring – Ensure timely closure of applications (≥60 days) unless justified, update statuses to “Ready for Submission,” and notify BU Head for exceptions.
Reporting & Documentation – Prepare daily compliance reports, weekly quality audit reports, and maintain clear documentation for audit readiness.
Process & Quality Support – Identify recurring issues, share insights with TLs for process improvements, and support training by highlighting common errors and best practices.
Professional Conduct – Ensure polite, professional communication, maintain consistency in remarks and follow-up records, and safeguard data accuracy.
General Duties – Submit daily work reports, respond promptly to emails/calls, and handle additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and escalation handling.
Process-oriented mindset with quality governance focus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.
Eligibility
Graduate in any stream except Arts.
1–2 years of prior experience in Application Processing, Quality, or Audit roles preferred.
