KC Studio is a young, design-driven architectural practice in Nagpur, focused on contemporary yet context-sensitive spaces. We value creativity, technical precision, and teamwork.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to support the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. The role involves assisting in design development, preparing technical drawings and 3D models, and coordinating with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM tools, and Photoshop, and will contribute to maintaining quality, timelines, and budget standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in concept development, design detailing, and presentation work

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and 3D models

• Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM tools, and Photoshop

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams for design and execution alignment

• Support preparation and review of working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications

• Ensure designs adhere to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

• Assist in resolving design-related issues during execution

Required Skills & Competencies

• Min 1 year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM tools, and Photoshop

• Strong understanding of working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site coordination

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
